Agrawal Mahasabha (regd), Hapur, a well known social welfare society, confidingly appointed me as Chief Election Officer to conduct its General Election of Executive Body.
I tried to manage a well-planned program for fair and impartial election. It took about 45 days. It was conducted successfully with about 30 polling officers and 5 Block officers with an Observer Dr. SK Gupta and district administration. Thanks to all for their cooperation. The process was completed with result declaration and certificate of winner distribution on 15-05-2017 without hurdles. President of old committee Mr. Naresh Agrawal & Secretery Mr. Ravindra Gupta honored me for my cooperation.
Before this, I was Deputy Election Officer during General election 2014 with same planning of operation. Dr. Gupta was then CEO. Thanks to Agrawal Mahasabha.
AGRA VIBHUTI
AWARD
Agrawal Mahasabha, a registered Group of Hapur working for social welfare, awarded me on 21-10-2016 with it's great award- 'Agroha Vibhuti' for my social services of science awareness. This honor was given to me on Mahasabha's annual function celebrating 'Agrasen Jayanti Mahotsav' dedicated to Indian Freedom Fighters. I presented a play showing the role of AZAD in freedom fighting. A grateful thanks to all.

Rama University invited the teachers from nearby Intermediate colleges of district Ghaziabad, Hapur, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Bulandshahar to present their contribution to education having their innovative ideas and also to participate in on the spot activities there. I participate individually and was declared as a runner-up. This was a great honor for me. Mr. K.C.Tyagi, MP awarded me for the Teaching Excellence Award-2015 in Rama University annual program at Pilakhua, Hapur.

Sri Gyanandji Maharj (Sri Krishna Krupa Mandal, Rohtak, Haryana) awarded me with 'Geeta Prerna Samman' at Meerut for writing 700 Shlokas of 18 Chapters of Srimad Bhagwad Geeta in a narrow area of about 26 Sq.Cm. on a glass plate with needle.

In 2014, DM Hapur Mr. Ajay Yadav initiated to publish District Hapur,s Magazine regarding Garh Ganga Fair named as 'Garh Ganga'.
He gave me a honor to work as Co-Editor with Editor- Mr. Jyoti Prasad, the District Inspector of School of Hapur. There were 5 other members also in editting committee. I was continued for next years.

Panchayat Election UP

Master Trainer
In 2014, for General Panchayat Election in Uttar Pradesh, District Administration believed me with 19 others to work as a Master Trainer. There were 4 rounds in the election. In each round, we trained the polling officers of the district. We served as experts during polling in each round.
Thanks to then District Magistrate Sh Ajay Yadav and Chief Master Traine Mr. Jyoti Prasad (then DIOS) to belief on us.

5th Science Fair

Honored on the occasion of 5th District Level One-Day Science Fair, dedicated to Secret of Universe, by Jyoti Prasad, District Inspector of School, Hapur; Dr. SK Goel, Scientist G, DST.New Delhi and Many Principals for Planning, Programming, Implementation and a positive Social Message. There was a heavy rain with thunder on next day of the Fair but no interference in the courage.

1st in State Science Exhibition-2012
On 20-11-2012, I Got 1st Prize in State Level Science Exhibition-2012 (Under NCERT, New Delhi & Uttar Pradesh Govt.) in teachers group with topic-'Information and Education Technology'.
I got this achievement in three round- District, Zone and then State. My colleagues appreciated. Newspapers also covered this achievement as honor to Hapur District.

Bharat Vikas Parishad, Hapur, a welfare society, honored me with "Vigyan Shri" on a program- Vigyan Prashna Manch in 2009 at Smt Brahmadevi Balika Vidya Mandir, Haour for my self-designed 3 rounded Science Quiz and its presentation in between the science students of the college. Social Worker Sri Rajkripal Kabadi honered for this. A grateful thanks to all.

INSPIRE Initiatives
DST, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India, New Delhi selected me for a responsibility to work as a Mentor/Resource Person for Summer and Winter Camps and other INSPIRE Initiatives in schools/colleges of India. Being a teacher, I am only a person among the learned who gained this honor out of the Intermediate level colleges.

District Inspector of School, Hapur has deputed me for annual inspection of Colleges in Hapur as a subject expert to examine about teaching/learning environment in the college. I did my job with honesty every time.

National Children Science Congress
Since 2002, I have been invited as an expert/Resource person for counseling the Guide Teachers in the Workshops and also evaluate the presentation of junior/senior group's Bal Vaigyaniks in National Children Science Congress's Block, District or Zonal level program organized in Meerut, Ghaziabad, and Hapur. Thanks to district coordinator and organizing committees. I served almost every year as a Resource Person/ Subject Expert/Mentor/Convenor for the different type of activities organized under NCSC, RVPSP, CST, Uttar Pradesh.
